Laura SaylesPresident
Laura Sayles was educated at the University of Guelph where she obtained a degree in Consumer Studies with an emphasis in Food Science. From there she has taken numerous courses related to all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research as well as advanced sensory related courses. She began her career in Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Research working for the Weston Loblaw companies, at their research centre, in the Sensory Evaluation Department. Here, she gained experience working with a wide range of food products and consumer goods. From developing sensory specifications for grocery products to leading Descriptive Analysis panels to testing products with consumers – her years of experience are a great asset to the projects we work on today. She has assisted both multinational operations and small companies in providing top notch products for their consumers. Her expertise is also shared with companies in the form of training seminars and “off-product” troubleshooting.

Our facility, located in Mississauga, Ontario has been designed to offer complete sensory services in a relaxed, open environment. We offer:
- A preparation area with full kitchen facilities
- Consumer taste testing rooms with individual computerized stations
- Focus group room with client viewing area
- Extensive consumer recruitment data base – continually updated – covering Mississauga and the surrounding area
