We ensure the most comprehensive testing
Prior to Consumer Testing, our trained evaluators are able to qualify and quantify the sensory characteristics of the products, to be tested by consumers i.e. specific appearance, aroma, taste, flavor, texture characteristics. We will ensure that the questionnaires we use to obtain consumer’s reactions, to the products being tested, will include pertinent attribute diagnostics that relate to each product’s sensory profile. Results and interpretation of the test will provide clear product comparisons relating to their overall acceptance ratings and sensory attribute diagnostics.
